Introduction To MG120 Skid Steer Loader

Machine Components：Cabin, Arms，Chassis assembly ,Bucket, Chain transmission box, Hydraulic oil tank ,Upper cover, Down cover, Fuel oil tank.

Start and Stop Machine Attentions. Walk around the machine and warn all personnel away from the machine prior to starting. Sound the horn before starting. Walk around the machine’s tool, attachment, or furthermost contact point to view operation danger area from the work site personnel view and angle. Before starting the machine, checking that the parking device is applied, place the forward/back control lever at middle location. Check other control lever in park place or shut down or not. Park the machine on level ground whenever possible and apply the parking brake. On ground, park the machine with the wheels or track securely blocked. Before leaving the operator’s station, lower the equipment to the ground, stop the engine, at the same time turn off the key and the main power.

Check the safe bar:

1. Enter the cab, seat on the seat, fasten the seat belt then lower the safe bar.

2. Turn the key to power on, check if all break lights and buzzer are right.

3. Start engine and lift the safe bar up, check the break lights and buzzer again.

4. Turn the operation control lever left and right, if loader arm or bucket moves, please adjust according to the following steps:

A. Turn off the engine.

B. Check the sensor switch witch is behind the safe bar (at the back of the cab). When the safe bar is lowered to the bottom, the distance between sensor switch should be 2-3mm; when lift or lower the safe bar, a slight clap should be heard.
